Planning to substantially renovate your home, or planning a total knock down and re-build? Getting a Metr Report on your existing block is the ideal first step in the process as it will give you an overarching analysis of the block including boundaries, easements, trees and neighbouring trees - things which are not generally known outside of the design and building industry.
