A Metr Report includes a detailed analysis of the block you select. It lists the constraints, advantages, easements, permissible size of the property and ideal orientation of a new property.
It provides the prospective buyer with peace of mind and helps you make an informed decision before purchasing.
A Metr Report does not include:
- Detailed building plans of the current home
- Architectural plans for any potential new property or
- Land or building surveys.

A one-off report costs $660 including GST.
If you decide to purchase and would like to engage Architectural services through Metr's partner company Thursday Architecture, you will receive the cost of the Metr report off your design services.

Think of it as a Building Inspection Report, but instead of analysing the structure, a Metr Report analyses the block, and identifies potential restraints on future development according to council regulations.
